Business Development Executive
Experience: 2+ Years
Job Location: Koramangala, Bangalore
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Identifying & generating new leads in Domestic Market
- Relationship management with the clients and new business development.
- Business planning & forecasting for assessment of revenue potential in business opportunities.
- Strong connections in Market and Generate revenue by successfully initiating contact with potential customers, leveraging relationships, formulating and implementing his/her personal sales strategy.
- Develop and manage a qualified pipeline of targeted opportunities on a continual basis.
- Proven experience in dealing with C-level executives in the technology companies.
- Leverage his/her existing relations with clients to generate new business.
Requirement:
- 1+ years of sales/business development experience within the recruitment industry, IT industry in medium or large organizations.
- Solid understanding of the end-to-end account management/sales process Outstanding verbal, written and presentation skills Ability to assess client requirements
Desired Skills:
- Good understanding of sales and end to end account management process
- Good presentation skills Solution-Selling experience is a big plus
- Good in assessing the needs of the clients
- Experience in a recruitment Start-up is a Plus
